Shipping and Returns

In a post-pandemic world with shipping delays and strikes, I have had just a couple of shipping issues with both USPS and UPS, but I have never had a customer return request! Customer service is TOP PRIORITY. I have personally had too many customer service experiences with other companies (both big and small) that left a LOT to be desired.
